A walk in the park

Just outside the downtown of Guayaquil is the Parque Histórico Guayaquil in the neighborhood of Samborondón. The Parque Histórico is part wildlife park, and part historical/architectural museum. The whole park is filled with lush flora and fauna and restorations of early 20th century buildings.
Oh, and they sell Ecuadorian favorites, like tortilla de choclo, platano con queso, empanadas de carne, and fresh juices.
